@amazonnow @AmazonFresh @amazonIN Extremely disappointed. The billed amount was nearly 3x the listed price. Your agents then cancelled my order without consent, and my refund is still pending. This is not transparency, it's a terrible customer experience. I need a resolution.

It has shown the items as delivered when the #Amazon delivery guy has not delivered the ordered items!!! WTF is going on??? Do u check the antecedents of the people u hire? I have already filed a complaint with customer service.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares regularly sends bad & expired products they do refund at tie offer replacement but you order because you need something refund doesn't help there. Their staff has no sense of packing they pack bread at the bottom dump heavy stuff on top. Bags are torn mostly

@AmazonFresh is worse. I ordered veggies from them 1 each pack of Basil, Mint and Oyster was rotten but there is no way to even complain. The bread had expiry date of 13/06 but there was fungus on it yesterday itself.
