The Haveli investment is a meaningful vote of confidence. Over the last few days they have increased their stake by buying just over 2 million shares at around $3. Haveli also bought over half a million shares in August 2025.
In 2024
$BLND secured a major $150M investment from Haveli (at a 44% premium), a private equity firm known for backing and eventually acquiring high growth software companies. Haveli has been extremely active over the last two years, most notably buying Couchbase in a $1.5B deal. They also acquired AppViewX, ZeroFox Holdings, and multiple other software and cybersecurity companies across 2024/2025.
In addition to those full acquisitions, Haveli continues adding ownership stakes in companies they see as future buyout candidates, including new investments in Blend itself, Million Victories, and Accommodations Plus International.
Historically, when Haveli builds a position in a company, especially in enterprise software, it has often led to deeper involvement, operational improvements, and in many cases, full takeovers at a premium.
Their large financial commitment, paired with ongoing open market buying, signals that institutional players see long term upside in
$BLND platform and believe the company is positioned to benefit as the lending market recovers.
Blend is now debt free, has a strengthened balance sheet, and can focus fully on its software business. Haveli’s continued buying, including millions of shares immediately after the window opened, suggests long term conviction and potential strategic interest down the line.
Canaccord Genuity has a price target of $5.25.
I have previously owned
$BLND and I am currently monitoring it.
