Our warriors have achieved good results in applying long-range sanctions against important facilities on the territory of Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. More than 700 kilometers from our state border, in Russia’s Yaroslavl region, SSU warriors struck an oil facility that was important for the reserves of the aggressor state. Warriors of our army reached their targets in Russia’s Tula region – specifically, the Azot plant, whose operations are critical to explosives production capabilities. Air traffic restrictions were imposed at six Russian airports, and overall, since yesterday evening, 28 regions of Russia have been under air raid alerts. There were also hits on the occupier’s military logistics in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Ukraine is carrying out its plan of long-range sanctions against Russia and the assigned tasks regarding mid-range strikes in response to Russia’s refusal to end this war. We have offered the Russian leadership every possible format for negotiations – and the only response was continued aggression and attempts to expand it. It stands to reason that the war is coming back to where it came from. Ukraine needs peace. Glory to Ukraine!

$RKLB Most people think Rocket Lab is building rockets. I think Rocket Lab is quietly building an entire space empire. The interesting part of the CFO’s comments wasn’t “no additional capital needed.” It was the phrase “dry powder.” That’s Wall Street language for having cash ready when a once-in-a-decade opportunity appears. Think of it like this. If your dream house suddenly goes on sale for 40% off, you don’t want to start applying for a mortgage that day. You want the money ready. Rocket Lab is doing the same thing. Instead of waiting years to develop every technology in-house, it can simply acquire the best companies and plug them into its ecosystem. That’s exactly what it’s been doing. It has already acquired businesses that make satellite components, solar panels, flight software, and communications systems. Every acquisition makes Rocket Lab less dependent on suppliers and gives it more control over the value chain. Now the strategy appears to be evolving. Instead of buying small technology teams, management is looking for acquisitions that bring real revenue, real cash flow, and real scale. That’s a very different story. The market still values Rocket Lab like a launch company. Management seems to be positioning it as a full-space infrastructure company. The rockets may bring customers in. The satellites generate recurring revenue. The software manages missions. The space systems create long-term contracts. And the acquisitions could accelerate growth much faster than building everything from scratch. That’s why the $3B ATM is interesting. It may not be a sign of weakness. It may simply be a company making sure it’s ready when the next great space asset becomes available. Sometimes the biggest returns don’t come from launching more rockets. They come from owning more of the space economy.
$RKLB 💰📈👂 Rocket Lab CFO Adam Spice: No Additional Capital Needed for Neutron/Space Systems (so why $3B ATM?): "We want to have plenty of dry powder to go acquire strategic assets (...) - we're continuing to look for more needle-moving kind of things." ➢ Past deals have focused on strategic vertical integration plays and bringing unique capabilities into the portfolio (not purely financial/revenue-driven). ➢ Future focus: shifting towards inorganic opportunities which bring true scale (cash flow revenue). Some vertical integration/capabilities acquisitions should likely still be expected (e.g. RF signal chain) - however, needle-moving mergers/acquisitions that enable true scale along with meaningful cash flow/revenue are now on the horizon.

Such a great way to put it – the hidden value in those margins is huge! Applying that mindset to computational resources makes so much sense.

There are major caveats though. The place I bought is on the verge of collapse, and the plumbing is shot, so I have no water. I get water from my neighbour, and I have no money left. I'm applying to Ontario renovations program to get plumbing, and fix my roof/walls/leaks.
