Is a sample of 50:50 PLGA really 50:50 lactic and glycolic acid? If you use NMR for copolymer analysis, you know that integration is critical for accurately determining the ratio between subgroups. With its 125 MHz field strength and high spectral dispersion, the QM-125 enables quantitative polymer characterization from the benchtop. Our latest application note demonstrates copolymer composition analysis of 50:50 PLGA and compares the results directly to supplier COA data. Visit our website to download the application note and learn more about polymer analysis on the QM-125. qmagnetics.com/copolymer-ana… #NMR #NMRchat #BenchtopNMR #QM125 #PLGA #Lacticacid #Glycolicacid #Copolymer #Copolymeranalysis #Polymer #Integration #Quantitative #Appnote #chemistry #Organicchemistry #Analyticalchemistry

There's no load on the DAC output and no LPF in the feedback network. Put a scope on the output, I bet it's ringing. Check page 37 of the DAC datasheet for an appnote That combined with a capacitive path through the triac is probably violating the AMR on current output.

T1 inversion-recovery measurements are a helpful preliminary to any qNMR experiment. Once T1 relaxation times are known, an optimal recovery delay can be chosen to minimize experiment time while maintaining accuracy. With its 125 MHz field strength and high resolution, the QM-125 is ready-to-go for qNMR. If you'd like to learn more about arrayed experiments on the QM-125 benchtop NMR check out the latest application note on our website! #NMRchat #NMR #BenchtopNMR #qNMR #quantitativeNMR #Inversionrecovery #Arrayexperiment #Relaxationtime #QM125 #Appnote #Chemistry #Organicchemistry #Analyticalchemistry #Tributyrin #Triglyceride P.S. Interested in automating benchtop NMR for your flow chemistry? Check out our application note which offers insights into how the QM-125 makes automation a practical, everyday tool exemplified by monitoring a Fischer esterification reaction. Using a simple pump setup, Python control, and QM Control, we tracked a Fischer esterification of benzoic acid in methanol and revealed clear profiles of reactants, intermediates, and products. This is just one example of how the QM-125 adapts to your chemistry and fits directly into your workflow with automation. Visit qmagnetics.com/blog to learn more and read the app note. #NMR #NMRchat #FlowNMR #ReactionMonitoring #chemistry #Automation #Appnote #FischerEsterification

No problem, I see how that could be confusing! For extra clarification, REXT and RD are both damping resistors, just named differently. Datasheet should have a little equation to calculate, but if not I can pull up an appnote I usually refer back to.
