And I think it's pure form of sanction evasion - his Armenia-based company (opened on 25.04.222) specializes in “intermediary services to ensure export operations of Russian companies on the European market, as well as ensuring the implementation of import and export operations for Russian counterparties with countries in the Middle East that are under sanctions (Iran, Iraq).” The guy is marked as "lives in Helsinki" and provides a number with a Russian country code.
