He has relgated almost all his cabinet ministers to bystanders and many murdered. It is a tradition in Eritrea for a minister to be overshadowed by a law rank military man, who would oversee their role and report to the president (ካብ ቤት ጽሕፈት ብረሲደንት)። In recent  years, we have seen comdian #AwelSaid becoming the mouthpiece of the pesident. Awel came from nowhere, with no previous experience of government office bearing, but after his propoganda poems, he has become the most trusted loyal puppet of the dictator. LOYAL UNIT DISPOSED.
