Thank you, @dbseiden for saying it so perfectly re ALL involved in this long journey that finally led to this collaborative outcome. It has even been a hot topic every year at the @AZChamber, @AZManufacturing Policy Summit/ESS Conf. which was essential to the process. Great work!

It’s been said that “success has a thousand fathers and failure is an orphan.”
But in this case it’s true- This @EPA and @epaleezeldin decision was the result of over a decade of hard work by industry, elected officials at all levels and from both parties, universities, health experts, utilities, National Associations (@ShopFloorNAM ) and more.
It’s been a challenge and honor to advocate for this in Arizona, as well
as DC and the one thing we always heard was how powerful it was that Arizona stakeholders from all sides came together to make our case, and it worked.
There are a lot of people who should justifiably be feeling good about this decision- in particular @AZAiric Tim Franquist and @Amanda_Reeve Richard Bark and the original air task force.

Most people probably didn’t realize one of the biggest threats to Arizona’s economic growth was largely out of our control.
Extremely grateful to @epaleezeldin & @EPA for a commonsense approach to environmental policy that recognizes that reality.
@AZChamber & @AZManufacturing helped lead this effort—years in the making—and today we’re celebrating a big win for Arizona’s future. 👏👏
