電子証拠は、保存しているだけでは足りません。
結論として重要なのは、「いつ取得し、誰が扱い、改ざんされておらず、いつまで保管するか」を証明できる設計です。
理由は、監査・紛争・インシデント対応では、データの存在だけでなく、完全性・機密性・可用性・真正性を説明できる状態が求められるためです。Microsoft公式情報でも、Azure Blob Storage の不変ストレージは、WORM状態でビジネス上重要なデータを保管し、指定期間中の変更・削除を防ぐ仕組みとして説明されています。

数字で見ると、証拠保全オペレーションで最低限整理すべき項目は6つです。
① データ収集
② ハッシュ生成

また、Microsoft Learnでは、不変ポリシーとして「時間ベースの保持ポリシー」と「リーガルホールド」が説明されており、コンテナー単位ではリーガルホールドタグの上限は10個、法的保持ポリシー監査ログは最大10件保持されるとされています。
