Pink Mercy has nothing to do with the Anniversary event. It's a charity skin tied to BCRF, so its return likely depends not only on Blizzard but also on agreements with the foundation. Saying Blizzard had to bring it back for Anniversary doesn't really make sense

It’s fun to see people getting excited, but we should be realistic. Pink Mercy/Rose Gold aren’t really reasons for an anniversary event. Charity events should be treated separately from other skins and collabs. BCRF stated last year that they have no intention of bringing it over
