The UK has approx 335 breeding pairs of Choughs (2014-2015), an increase of 34% since the 1992 survey. Longevity record is 23 years although 7 years is the typical lifespan with 0.43 juveniles surviving their first year. Their Conservation Status is Green. #btoscience
