Smaller tents are allowed within the bylaw ?!
Im not permitted to put a lawn chair on the boulevard in front of my house .... yet these meth heads can pop a tent wherever they wish ... providing it isn’t a double decker

Nikki from @backpackproject donates the tents, which she knows are larger than the bylaws permit
She does this so that Bylaw is forced to impound them, and she can canvass more money to fund her paid position.
