There are other competitive options to play Legacy on a budget, and we have creators dedicated to this topic such as BeExcellent. I am so tired of my friends, acquaintances, and travel companions quitting Legacy over her inability to manage the format over the last 2 years.

I would 1000% prefer to play against 0 dual blue piles playing an irresponsible amount of countermagic (the monoU BeExcellent deck is a great example) than Oops. That deck is relatively cheap *AND* lets you buy into a more transferrable core of Force/good blue cards.

There are also many budget and reserved list free options that some content creators like ThrabenU and BeExcellent showcase on their channel. Onboarding ramps are good. The ramp being a tier1 deck that generates bad gameplay and requires 0 format knowledge isn't.
