Their unscrupulous behavior must bemade known to voters.
For 18 months, the Board refused negotiations. Then they lost in court. Six weeks later, they're still refusing to comply and facing contempt proceedings and sanctions for ignoring the Court's order.
I've offered to sit down with the Board and our respective legal counsel so we can hammer out a written legal agreement.
The Board refused.
What the Board wants is a series of public hearings where it controls the agenda, controls the questions, controls the discussion, and controls the headlines.
If they wanted solutions, they'd sit down with counsel. What they want is another political stage to continue the same public spectacle they've been using for months while ignoring the Court's rulings.

I think the point needs bemade that immigrations rules n regulations should be adhered to strictly regardless of status.If the Chairman of BUA has flouted the rule(s),the appropriate treatment should be meted.The condition of recognition of status canbe resolved behind the scene.

The denial of visa to The Chairman of BUA Abdul Samad Rabiu by the South African Government is an affront to Nigeria.They cannot have billions of dollars investment in our country and treat such a revered figure with rejection and contempt.Xenophobia is escalating from the streets to Governance.Its time to keep aside history and African brotherhood and deal with this matter squarely.
