Because I think there is some value for Intersect as an administrator for treasury withdrawals, but many of their other functions are too bureaucratic, expensive, and don't show results as you mentioned yourself.

You bring up several times that everyone does sense making for free and because of that everyone should also continue building for free. Can you also explain why Intersect deserved Abstain compared treasury and coalition proposal NO vote?

This goes back to step 1 of the process. What exactly are our requirements for on-chain governance? Do we need Intersect? A constitution? a CC? An NCL? A budget? Or can we just have dReps and SPOs simply vote with their stake?

What gives off the vibe its expansion to endless governance compared to our original goal to provide alternative. I probably can't argue that it will shrink governance, unless we compare the costs of maintaining this with Intersect. (then feels we shrink the costs 10x)

3. This is a frustration of mine as well. Nothing ever gets done besides endless bureaucracy inside of committees. Which is why I think we need to shrink governance first, not expand it.

1. dReps and CC share responsibility and approve things. Anyone else is welcome to pick up a shovel or contribute ideas through the CIP process. 2. Agreed, which is why we need to fix requirements and delete unnecessary parts/processes.

I also notice you put lot of emphasis on Dreps, like all tools you list and compare with are drep decision related. Where I think our power will rely is on delegators.
