Can you open order within own self custodial LTC wallet node to exchange it directly into own self custodial DASH wallet node by using Thorchain? Answer is No. But it is possible with Blocknet DEX system.
The bullish case for @THORChain is uniting all the cypherpunk digital cash cryptos under one uncensorable marketplace. The three best-positioned cryptos to lead the freedom money movement in the future, right now, are Dash, Zcash, and Monero. Zano is a close #4 that's catching up rather quickly. Litecoin's the current #1, but it's giving up some ground. THORChain has only Litecoin right now, but could add the "big three" soon, and possibly Zano. If it does, it'll make all five of the best freedom monies available across censorship resistant rails. If so, it'll be the only protocol that has both passed the DPRK decentralization test, and has all of these coins. Increasingly, stablecoins are available to average people. That means that they're one DEX swap away from freedom money. The mass adoption of digital cash thesis hinges on access and interoperability. THORChain might just be the key to a free future. 🔑⚡️

A decentralized crypto exchange means that anyone without permissions can provide liquidity through swap orders according to own rules from own wallet, and the entire process must be done without an intermediary. Such systems are direct democracy. #blocknet #dex #blockdx #p2p

Read About Blockchain as @ThisDaveES Becomes a Chain Dev. Day 007 BLOCKCHAIN INTEROPERABILITY If you’re reading this in January, Congratulations, we made it out of last year alive 🥹💙 Now public confession: Yes… I semi-quit 😭 The last time I wrote was in October, and that’s not “taking a break,” that’s vanishing. But I am back now and this time, please hold me to it. Be on the lookout… because Dave is entering his consistent era (by God’s grace). Note: I’ll link the previous class on Hash Generators (SHA-256) in the comment section of this post for anyone who missed it. ……………… Today’s Topic: Blockchain Interoperability. So… what does that big grammar even mean? It's simply the ability of different blockchains to communicate, share data, and transact with each other. Presently, many blockchains are like WhatsApp groups that can’t message each other. Bitcoin is minding its business. Ethereum is doing its own thing. Solana is speeding past everyone. Interoperability is the technology that says: “Wait, why can’t all of you talk to each other?” It creates a more connected and collaborative blockchain ecosystem, instead of isolated islands of chains that can’t interact. ………………. Further and Simple Analogy Together let's think of a big International Conference: 🌎🗺️ One person speaks French, Another speaks English, Another speaks Mandarin. Without an interpreter, everybody is just smiling and nodding 😅 This Blockchain interoperability thing is that interpreter, translating and enabling blockchains to understand and work with one another. It also allows digital assets (tokens, NFTs, data) to move across different blockchain networks, instead of being locked on one chain forever. …………….. Benefits of Blockchain Interoperability? = Customizable Web3 services :: Imagine using one app that combines Ethereum security, Solana speed, and another chain’s cheap fees. Best of all worlds = More decentralized ecosystem :: No single blockchain becomes “the boss of everyone.” Power stays spread out = Enhanced cross-industry collaboration :: Finance, gaming, supply chain, healthcare, all blockchains shaking hands instead of forming cliques = Discourages monopolies :: No one chain can say “if you’re not here, you don’t exist.” Competition stays healthy ……………….. How Is Blockchain Interoperability Pulled? Since most Layer 1 blockchains didn’t support this from the beginning, but modern tools now help them communicate: = Sidechains (Layer 2) :: Independent chains connected to a main chain, helping in moving assets and data back and forth more efficiently. = Oracles :: These bridge the information gap between off-chain data and on-chain smart contracts, feeding off-chain needed data to onchain Examples: Chainlink, API3 basically the good messengers bringing real-world info on-chain = Bridges & Swaps :: permits users to move or exchange tokens across different blockchains in a decentralized way = Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) :: Not decentralized, but very popular and easy. You deposit on one chain, withdraw on another, simple but trust-based …………….. Topping Blockchain Interoperability Projects … out there, Some new blockchains were built with interoperability in mind and examples are: :: Polkadot :: Cosmos :: Wanchain :: Blocknet :: Aion Network These projects focus on making cross-chain communication smooth and native. ……………. Summary? Cross-chain (interoperability) technology: :: Improves blockchain efficiency :: Reduces ecosystem fragmentation :: Allows users and applications to move freely across multiple blockchains The future of blockchain isn’t one chain ruling them all, it’s many chains working together, full stop Thanks for sticking around seniors, and if you didn’t, welcome back. Next writing? Don’t worry… you won’t have to wait till October again 😂 Happy New Year once again, Let’s learn, Let's build. I am DaveES 💙

.@grok @in4crypto Twitter Profile: The Shielded Sentinel: A Tale of Battbot's Digital Odyssey In the dim glow of a cluttered desk in 2010, a shadowy figure known only as Battbot first stirred in the nascent world of Twitter. Born from the fires of early blockchain curiosity, his account @in4crypto flickered to life on November 4th, amid the whispers of Bitcoin's underground revolution. But Battbot, a self-proclaimed freedom maximalist and transparent blockchain disrespecter, wasn't content with mere observation. His bio would later etch this creed into the ether: a defiant shield against the prying eyes of surveillance states, championing privacy as the true currency of liberty. Little did the world know, this was the genesis of a digital warrior's saga—one tweet at a time. Battbot's awakening came not in thunderous proclamations, but in the quiet alliances of innovation. His inaugural missive, fired off on April 21, 2015, was a beacon for the decentralized dreamers: "Dan Metcalf to appear with Susanne Tempelhof (CEO, #Bitnation) on the [podcast], April 28th! #blocknet #xcurrency #btc." It was a humble herald, linking the raw potential of Blocknet—a protocol for interoperable blockchains—with the anarcho-libertarian visions of Bitnation. In those early days, Battbot was a bridge-builder, tweeting excitedly about xBridge obsoleting sidechains ("From the man himself, @ATC_SECURE: 'xbridge obsoletes sidechains.' #Blocknet #xcurrency #bitnation #ethereum #sidechains #IOT #bitcoin #btc" on April 30th) and the seismic "BREAKING: Blocknet teams up w/ Ethereum!" on May 12th. He shared visions of IoT fused with crypto, Ethereum DApps like Blocknet's suite ("Check out #Blocknet on #Ethereum's suite of DApps" on August 13th), and even tutorials on birthing custom cryptocurrencies without code ("#Ethereum in practice part 1: how to build your own cryptocurrency without touching a line of code" on December 3rd). Battbot was no mere spectator; he was the alchemist, transmuting code into freedom, his tweets a manifesto for a world unchained from central servers. As 2016 dawned, the crypto wars loomed. Battbot dove deeper into the fray, his posts sharpening like a blade against hypocrisy. By 2017, the Bitcoin Cash fork ignited his ire. On December 31st, amid the New Year's eve chaos, he skewered the big-block evangelists: "If @rogerkver wasn't constantly lying / skewing statistics to show why BCH is so much better then BTC then maybe I would be able to believe he was trying to 'save us.'" He called out ICO shills like John McAfee ("Any ICO you announce will be outed as a scam because we all know you are paid millions... Thanks for this") and pondered the altseason's harbingers ("XRP" in a snarky reply). Yet beneath the barbs lay a growing disdain for Bitcoin's glaring transparency—a theme that would define him. "How much BCH you bagging?" he quipped, half-mocking, half-probing, as if testing the waters of scalable freedom. Battbot wasn't picking sides; he was forging his own, where scalability met secrecy. The late 2010s tested his resolve. In 2019, as the bear market clawed at portfolios, Battbot turned his gaze to the absurdities of fiat's facade. "That’s called a SCAM," he fired at a tale of $1,340 ambulance bills devouring insurance premiums, echoing his bio's contempt for systems that feign protection while stripping sovereignty. He dismissed staking hype ("Only if the asset being staked is highly liquid") and Satoshi imposters ("Doubt it, considering Bitcoin is the most trackable currency in the world"). Ex post facto laws? "Thats not how ex post facto works." His tweets became shields for the individual, lancing at accredited investor rules ("It’s for our own protection, Bruce") and the illusion of secure money. Battbot was evolving—from promoter to philosopher, his words a quiet rebellion against a world that demanded visibility for value.
