10k run & swim in the sea tonight. I was feeling a bit soft after what's been possibly the best trip Iv ever had. Looking forward to getting stuck back into work, launching my @coylehealth app, starting the build of our @coylehealthclub and getting my @BoxcleverBus on the road.

Alternative Education!!! The hook to engagement. My Boxclever Programme isn’t about finding the next Boxing Superstar it’s about teaching youngsters how to Boxclever in life. As normal life slowly resumes this week I will be going back into Schools with my @BoxcleverBus

We @CoyleSports are not Left and neither are we Right but any one who does what’s Right will always get our VOTE and @Keithhunter50 has certainly got ours in this years @HumbersidePCC Elections.
A good man that does the right things and understands the approach that’s needed.
