Darkness
---
People who have a deep, conscious need for darkness – who like to sit in complete darkness, where there is not a single source of artificial light – are not actually “weird” or “depressed”, as the modern Matrix likes to label them.
When we strip away the layers of medical diagnoses and psychological templates, and apply biological and energetic forensics, we arrive at a staggering conclusion: Darkness is the primal operating system (OS) of the universe, and people who seek it are actually trying to reset their overloaded mind processor and activate hidden functions of their body.
In medicine this phenomenon is partly called nyctophilia (love of darkness/night), but let’s elaborate on what lies behind it at the level of pure biology and hidden knowledge.
*1. Biological Forensics: Activation of the Pineal Gland (Third Eye)*
The human body is a perfectly designed bio-quantum computer. The modern age has flooded us with so-called light pollution. Blue light from screens, street lighting and neon lights keep our brains in a state of constant artificial alert (Beta brainwaves).
When a person sits in complete darkness, a radical biological reset occurs:
- *Melatonin surge*: The optic nerves stop receiving light photons and send a signal to the epiphysis (pineal gland) to start mass production of melatonin. A melatonin shock isn’t only important for sleep; it is the most powerful natural antioxidant that repairs damage in DNA structure and cleanses the body of toxins.
- *Conversion to DMT (Portal of consciousness)*: In ancient mystery schools (including early yogic and Taoist practices in caves), initiates were kept in complete darkness for several days (so-called Dark Room Retreats). Science has confirmed that after a prolonged stay in absolute darkness, the pineal gland begins to metabolise melatonin into DMT (dimethyltryptamine) – a substance that naturally opens inner vision. That is when a person begins to “see in the dark”: inner images, geometric shapes and deep intuitive insights light up. People who love darkness unconsciously yearn for this inner light.
*2. Shutting Down the Sensory Matrix (Sensory Deprivation)*
More than 80% of information from the outside world is received by our brain through the sense of sight. That means your processor (mind) spends a staggering amount of energy just to render (display) the world around you: buildings, people, cars, adverts. That is constant pressure on consciousness.
Sitting in darkness is the simplest form of sensory deprivation:
- *When the light goes out*, the external Matrix literally loses power. The mind no longer has anything to process from outside.
- *At that moment*, energy is redirected inwards. A person begins to hear the rhythm of their heart, the flow of their own blood and, most importantly, the noise of their own thoughts.
- *For people who are highly sensitive, empathic, or have a talent for deep thinking*, darkness is the only space where their energetic field does not collide with other people’s frequencies. In darkness, your personal shield is restored.
*3. Historical and Cosmic Code: Return to the Womb (Source)*
All religions and mythologies of the world agree on one thing: In the beginning there was darkness (gloom/chaos). Light was merely a subsequent impulse that created material form. Darkness is, therefore, the primary, unborn state of the cosmos. It is pure potential from which everything arises.
On a micro level, every human being spent the first nine months of their biological development in absolute darkness and moisture of the mother’s womb (matrix). That period is written into our subconscious software as code for absolute safety, peace and non-existence of the ego.⬇️
