So, because I was afraid of losing a new client, due to Upwork just deciding to remove my verifcation badge that I paid for and was asked to pay for again due to their error -
I got two violation strikes today, so I told the bots what happened and asked them please to go into my messages with my client, and point out exactly what I did wrong, that would be so kind.
I got a reply from two real humans! And I know they are humans because their was no automated response to my reply -
I admit I mentioned sites where my art could be viewed, and also mentioned my mail, in case my verification is not approved - considering they never gave explanation why they took my badge just days after getting it and on the day I accept a job -
If that's not weird, then we have a problem.
Please bring back human customer service. It's just faster and works better.
Anyway, my account is now restricted and I'm in a high-risk zone - I like orange so that's okay - as I await for them to tell me I really am Carly van Heerden.
I don't know what to make of it.
I only mentioned sites after the contract had been opened. There are no prior violations.
Bots just make me mad.
