i think muizzu is a great candidate tbh. he kinda brings out the best in ppm
very likely most of the mistakes during his tenure as housing minister were actually due to yag's haphazardity
eg; rasfannu, hiyaa's unfeasibly high buildcost & disregard of all safety standards

Surface car parking is relatively cheap by comparison (€3k-€4k per space, excluding land value), but this is simply not going to be possible with land values as high as they are in urban areas.
