DUNDIGAL CIRCLE-59 CYBERABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION LIMIT'S
-In Dundigal Circle-59 Town Planning Department, issuing notices, carrying out seizures, and conducting occasional token demolitions have allegedly become routine formalities. While the system appears to be functioning on paper, illegal constructions continue to stand untouched, raising serious questions over the effectiveness of enforcement.
Amid these ongoing developments, one question continues to haunt residents and activists alike — where is the real control over unauthorized constructions? Has violating TG-bPASS and BuildNow regulations become this easy under the existing system..?
- If questions are raised over illegal constructions in Dundigal Circle-59 Town Planning, officials allegedly resort to blocking phone calls instead of responding.
Serious allegations are emerging that certain officials and chainmen, who once proudly posed for photographs at structures seized for illegal construction, later played a key role in facilitating the completion of those very buildings.
Alongside experienced officials, suspicions are now surfacing over the possible re-entry of a former chainman into the system. Criticism is mounting against the former Deputy Commissioner of Dundigal Circle-59, who had earlier issued orders stating that three chainmen were removed over corruption allegations and that five new individuals would be appointed in their place.
However, the same former official is now facing allegations of once again extending preference to one among the previously removed chainmen.
Critics allege that extending special preference to “vasooldars” or collection agents has long been a part of the system.
