I sat down with Gary Cardone to break down one of the simplest lessons from economics - and why it quietly runs every real business decision. Gary shares a moment from a college economics class that stuck for life. A chalkboard. A big “L” curve. One rule: When supply exceeds demand, prices fall. When demand exceeds supply, prices rise. That was it. No complex theory. No academic noise. Just a framework that ended up shaping every move he’s made in business. In this episode, they talk about: Why most entrepreneurs overcomplicate business fundamentals How supply and demand shows up in pricing, hiring, marketing, and growth What happens when you ignore demand signals and push supply anyway Why understanding this early saves years of mistakes later This isn’t motivational talk. It’s first-principles thinking from someone who’s lived it. If you’re building, selling, or scaling anything - this conversation brings you back to the rule that actually matters. #Podcast #BusinessPodcast #Entrepreneurship #BusinessPrinciples

Commitment ≠ “I’ll try”. Commitment = “I’ll finish”. Most people avoid it. A few choose it – even when the first attempt fails and the second looks impossible. Talent helps. Commitment wins. What do you choose? #mindset #entrepreneurship #founders #businessprinciples

4 Military Principles That Generated Billions in Sales My mentor closed billions in contract value using four principles from his military service. Not tactics or techniques—fundamental operating principles that create unstoppable momentum. 1. DETACH FROM INVESTMENT (Foundation) Your past decisions—time spent, money invested, emotional attachment, ego identification—are anchors dragging you down. Military commanders assess current reality, not historical commitment. Strip away what you've already put in and evaluate what's actually in front of you. 2. MAP THE SEQUENCE (Systems Thinking) Sales isn't a single event—it's a connected sequence: Lead Generation → Nurturing → Discovery → Presentation → Objection Resolution → Close → Fulfillment. When performance drops, start upstream and trace systematically. Most people stop at the obvious symptom and miss the root cause. 3. CALCULATE THE CASCADE (Strategic Foresight) Every action triggers a predictable chain reaction. Military planning means thinking five moves ahead. Poor decision → immediate consequence → secondary impact → relationship damage → reputation loss → opportunity cost. Map the full cost before you act. 4. FORTIFY THE FOUNDATION (Sustainable Advantage) Tactics can be copied overnight. Systems can be reverse-engineered. But character-based conviction cannot be replicated. When your foundation is solid, every interaction in your sequence carries unshakeable belief. When it's compromised, doubt infects every conversation and destroys your ability to influence. DETACH to see clearly. MAP to act precisely. CALCULATE to avoid disasters. FORTIFY to sustain performance. Break any principle, and the entire framework collapses. What operating principles drive your business decisions? #SalesLeadership #MilitaryToBusiness #SystemsThinking #SalesStrategy #Leadership #BusinessPrinciples #SalesTraining #EntrepreneurMindset #SalesManagement #BusinessDevelopment

CLIENT ON-SITE: Always Leave The Site Cleaner Than It Was When We Walked In Always leave a client location cleaner than we found it if at all possible. We remove all boxes, foam, inserts, and other superfluous materials just before leaving. If there's any other stuff that shouldn't be there we remove it too. We have a recycling yard right beside the shop which makes things easier for us when we get back. Tags #BusinessPrinciples #ClientRelations

Are you listening to your “angels”? It's easier to stay in our comfort zones, sticking with what's familiar. Yet, when we remain static, we limit our ability to flourish. We mistakenly equate consistency with identity, holding back the miracle each of us might become. What if we listened to the angels in our lives, even when they initially annoy us? You know who they are. The ones who push us beyond our own boundaries of belief. The ones who enable us to fly. We might unveil talents and passions that align with our soul's highest purpose. There is light within each of us, waiting to shine brighter than the Northern Lights. But first, we must bravely accept the guidance of those who see our inner radiance - and refuse to let us waste our gifts. Progress begins when we honor our wholeness. Our full potential is ready to be revealed, one courageous step after another. #TheChairmanProject #BusinessPrinciples #therighthardwork #jasonsisneros #antonjae #businessgrowth #businessconsultant #financialfreedom #freedom #realbusinessowners #businessadvice #businesstrategy #financialstability #businessarchitect

There’s a certain kind of person who just wasn’t built for the 9 to 5. The kind who burns with a passion to do, to be, something more. To leave their mark, to build a legacy, to uplift others, but more than all of that– to just be free. I define freedom as aligning life with the calling placed on your heart. How that looks is as unique as a wave in the ocean. Owning a values-driven business provides a framework to generate economic freedom that brings purpose to life. But it requires orienting it to serve people, not self-validate. In the past, I’ve made the mistake of chasing waves imposed by society. But I learned from it. True success comes from the difficult inner work of overcoming fear and ego first. From there, you can build enterprises that meet the real needs of people and communities. The profits then provide runways to live out dreams. Every entrepreneur controls an incredible vehicle. My hope is we steer together toward lasting change in the way we do business. To connect, not compete. To uplift those marginalized. And model the just world we want to see. Tread water too long, and you'll miss your wave. The tide is turning –if you’ve been letting fear hold you back– it’s time to stop wading, take a deep breath, and start swimming. #TheChairmanProject #BusinessPrinciples #therighthardwork #jasonsisneros #antonjae #businessgrowth #businessconsultant #financialfreedom #freedom #realbusinessowners #businessadvice #businesstrategy #financialstability #businessarchitect

We've all been there - stuck in a rut, relationships crumbling, finances a mess. In desperation, we cry out for help. When relief comes, we breathe a sigh...but before long, we slip back into old patterns. I recently reflected on times I’ve tried helping others break free from self-destructive cycles in business. What I found is that around 80% reverted despite my best efforts. However, a special 20% truly transformed their lives. What was their secret? Taking 100% responsibility. Rather than blaming external factors, they courageously looked inward at their own patterns holding them back. Specifically, they: Stopped viewing themselves as victims and instead took ownership of their situations Became hyper-focused on identifying and replacing specific behaviors perpetuating poor outcomes Actively filled the void by adopting habits demonstrably shown to drive success. In essence, they stopped begging to be rescued and committed wholeheartedly to rescuing themselves. If you relate to asking for help but struggling to sustain change - be part of that transformational 20% in 2024. Don’t be like Pharaoh in the Bible! Don’t harden your heart and turn back to old patterns. With the right level of grit and support, you absolutely can experience the breakthrough you seek. #TheChairmanProject #BusinessPrinciples #therighthardwork #jasonsisneros #antonjae #businessgrowth #businessconsultant #financialfreedom #freedom #realbusinessowners #businessadvice #businesstrategy #financialstability #businessarchitect

What's the number one thing you should look for in a new hire? The desire to be better tomorrow than they are today. Seek out people who are actively engaged in bettering themselves. These self-starters don't play the victim or blame others when things go wrong. They look in the mirror first. Professional victims drain time and energy, but people determined to succeed raise the company with them. Bring in people dissatisfied with the status quo in their own lives. They aim higher for themselves than anyone else could demand of them. Surround yourself with these trailblazers who ask more of themselves than conditions require. They set the pace through their grit and growth mindset. Building a culture of personal responsibility creates positive peer pressure. Your team members motivate each other to excel. So be picky about who you let on the bus. Bring on board people who exhibit the initiative to better themselves. Their restless ambition will compound as it spreads through your ranks. hashtag#TheChairmanProject hashtag#BusinessPrinciples hashtag#therighthardwork hashtag#jasonsisneros
