*Job Summary
The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient fuel sales, customer satisfaction, inventory accountability, safety compliance, and profitability.
*Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily station operations.
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and sales reporting.
- Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Supervise station attendants and support staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor cash handling and reconciliation processes.
- Investigate stock variances and losses.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare operational and sales reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of the station.
- Drive initiatives to improve station performance and profitability.
*Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a filling station or retail operation.
- Knowledge of petroleum retail operations is an advantage.
