Hard to say. Not in the biz anymore. Engines, QEC, apu, windshields, avionics, LG, main rotables…gotta get the packet and see whats on it. Also as you stated can’t be made flyable, and they would be considered government, possibly mil, so trace would be good but wouldn’t necessarily cert for commercial unless tags and docs for all the parts are good. To your point it could go cheap relatively. Call Comav or lookup a teardown company and see what they’d offer you. They’ll want the paperwork too to evaluate. If the listing has attached docs, go through them and see what’s up. Good luck.
