Under the leadership of Gov. @DougDucey, Arizona was the first state in the nation to pass universal licensing to help newcomers get to work without jumping through unnecessary bureaucratic hoops. Now, @CSInstitute estimates it will create nearly 16,000 jobs by 2030.
