At this point men need to shut up about women's health issues. Your uneducated patriarchal opinions about everything related to our bodies are just spreading misinformation. Every case is different, jumping up and down or climbing stairs won't decide the position of the baby, the condition of the mother and baby during the birth, their health parameters or if a woman will be able to deliver vaginally for sure. Dear women,never ever I say never go behind all these non sense normal delivery csec delivery argument. Delivery a baby however you want. Medical technology has grown wide. Use that. Babying and parenting is not about how u deliver a baby it is about after care, effort to rise.

It’s not luck .. u have to be really unlucky to have cSec or 80% reason is doctor . We chose a doctor in ncr who is famous for V delivery . When my daughter is born normally - she did 10/10 v delivery that day. I referred my friend to her - they also got normal delivery . C-section shd be 5-10% max.

Just normal walk,being active is enough . No need for all this circus. It might do more harm than good. Talking from experience of having 2 normal deliveries. Having said that,Csec bcum necessary for some cases & there’s nothing wrong with that.
