New #CSpect beta for my Builder patreons. This one has a few fixes and the new Layer 2 "overscroll" mode added - along with a new overscroll demo.

Added #ZXNext "overscroll" mode, where you can scroll beyond a 320x256 screen and off into memory. You can use this to scroll massive in-memory bitmaps without moving or copying anything around.
1Mb would give you a 12 screen wide image.
