🚨 Never overlook the sacrum! Sacral CVFs are rare (<1%); likely underdiagnosed. Standard DSM/CTM may miss the sacral region. • Consider sacral CVF in unexplained SIH (esp. with sacral diverticula) • Systematic sacral imaging is key • Transvenous embo is effective
