What a spectacular end to the Kings Baton Relay in Ahmedabad, with some lovely moments from the last leg. Picture 1 & 2 - The last day kicked off with a clean up drive at the Riverfront of the Sabarmati River. Leading the drive was Shri. Ashwani Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities Department, Govt. of Gujarat, along with fellow dignitaries, setting the tone for an inspiring day ahead. This was followed by pit stops at the Ahmedabad International, Ahmedabad University, DPS School Bopal, Savvy Swaraj, Udgam School, where students and sports fans in large numbers gathered to be a part of this exceptional relay.
