CALLING DIGEST – DAY 31 DEALING WITH THE PAST – FINISHING YOUR COURSE The only way to bury a negative past and stop it from affecting your future is to genuinely repent, receive God's forgiveness, and put it behind you permanently. Do not stay too long in a place of defeat, otherwise it can become a permanent defeat. David arose, washed himself, changed his clothes, went into the house of the Lord, and worshipped. He was declaring, "That chapter is closed." The future should cancel the past—never allow the past to cancel the future. Key Lessons ✅ Repent genuinely ✅ Receive God's forgiveness ✅ Put the past behind you ✅ Press forward in faith ✅ Fulfil your divine assignment Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV) "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." Digest Thought You were sent here with an assignment. Begin today to fulfil it with everything you have. Prayer Father, thank You for Your mercy and forgiveness. Help me to leave every negative chapter behind, press forward into Your purpose, and finish my course successfully. In Jesus' Name, Amen. #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #FinishYourCourse #TheDreamCentre #RevOlusolaAreogun #ReverendAreogun

CALLING DIGEST – DAY 30 CONFRONTATION: TWO KINDS OF REPENTANCE When God confronts a man, it is not primarily to destroy him but to restore him. Divine confrontation is an expression of God's mercy, designed to bring a person to repentance and back into fellowship with Him. The real issue is not whether a person has stumbled, but how he responds when God shines His light on the matter. There are two kinds of repentance: 1. Godly Sorrow Godly sorrow is sorrow because God has been offended. It is born out of a broken heart before God and produces genuine repentance. It leads to: Confession of sin Forsaking wrong ways Humility before God Restoration and mercy Spiritual growth and salvation David demonstrated godly sorrow. When Nathan confronted him, he did not argue, defend himself, or justify his actions. He humbled himself before God and received mercy. 2 Samuel 12:13 (KJV) "And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die." 2. Worldly Sorrow Worldly sorrow is sorrow because of consequences, shame, embarrassment, or being exposed. It leads to: Excuses Self-justification Hiding and cover-up Remorse without change Spiritual decline and destruction Judas Iscariot demonstrated worldly sorrow. He regretted what he had done but did not truly repent before God. Matthew 27:4 (KJV) "Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that." His remorse ended in destruction rather than restoration. Key Lessons God's Confrontation Is Mercy Every time God exposes a fault, it is an opportunity for restoration, not rejection. Do Not Defend What God Is Correcting Arguments, excuses, and self-justification only prolong the problem. Genuine Repentance Produces Change Repentance is not merely feeling bad; it is turning away from sin and returning to God. Failure Does Not Have To Be Final Peter fell and was restored. David fell and was restored. Anyone who genuinely repents can find mercy. The Goal Is Restoration God's desire is not merely confession but transformation and restoration. 2 Corinthians 7:10 (KJV) "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death." Prayer Father, give me a tender heart that responds correctly to Your correction. Deliver me from pride, excuses, self-justification, and cover-up. Let every confrontation from Your Spirit produce genuine repentance, restoration, and deeper fellowship with You. In Jesus' Name, Amen. Digest Thought "The difference between David and Judas was not that one fell and the other did not; the difference was how they responded when confronted." Don't cover up. Confess. Don't hide. Repent. Receive God's mercy and walk in restoration. #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #RevOlusolaAreogun #TheDreamCentre #GodlySorrow #Repentance #Restoration #WalkWithGod #MercyTriumphs #ReverendAreogun

CALLING DIGEST – DAY 29 THE DANGERS OF COVER-UP One of the greatest dangers in the life of a believer is attempting to hide, excuse, justify, or conceal sin instead of dealing with it according to God's Word. 📖 Proverbs 28:13 (KJV) "He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." Cover-up does not solve a problem; it multiplies it. What could have been dealt with through repentance often grows into a stronger bondage when hidden from the light. The tragedy of cover-up is that it cuts a person off from the flow of God's mercy. Mercy is available, but it flows through confession, repentance, and forsaking sin—not through concealment. Lessons from Today's Digest 1. Cover-Up Produces Strange Children The products of hidden sin often become future enemies. What is concealed today can become a source of sorrow tomorrow. 2. Cover-Up Creates Blackmail Secrets that are hidden can become tools in the hands of the enemy or manipulative people. 3. Cover-Up Lowers Standards A person who repeatedly excuses wrongdoing gradually begins to compromise convictions. 4. Cover-Up Produces Fear There is constant anxiety about being exposed. Fear becomes a companion where truth is absent. 5. Cover-Up Hardens the Heart Repeated concealment dulls spiritual sensitivity and weakens responsiveness to correction. 6. Cover-Up Opens the Door to More Sin Unrepented sin rarely remains isolated. It creates a downward spiral of further compromise. 7. Beware of the Spirit of Joab Those who help you hide wrongdoing for their own agenda are dangerous influences. 8. Value the Spirit of Nathan People who genuinely love you enough to confront you with truth are gifts from God. David was restored not because he was perfect, but because when confronted, he responded correctly. Genuine repentance opened the door to mercy, restoration, and continued usefulness in God's purpose. 📖 Psalm 32:5 (KJV) "I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah." Key Charge Do not surround yourself with sycophants who celebrate your errors and defend your compromises. Surround yourself with people who love God, love you, and will tell you the truth. Prayer Father, give me a tender heart before You. Deliver me from every tendency toward cover-up, self-justification, and compromise. Help me to walk in truth, humility, repentance, and obedience all the days of my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen. #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #RevOlusolaAreogun #DreamCentre #Destiny #Integrity #Repentance #WalkInTheLight #ChristianLiving #ReverendAreogun

Day 28 — CALLING DIGEST “Those Who Stumbled in the Call” David, though a man after God’s own heart, stumbled seriously in his walk and calling. Yet, he did not allow failure to become final rejection. There is a difference between stumbling and refusing to rise again. When confronted, David responded correctly: • he repented • he humbled himself • he returned to God • he worshipped again A major danger after failure is cover-up, pride, excuses, and running away from divine correction. But genuine repentance opens the door to mercy, restoration, healing, and a fresh beginning. God is not looking for perfect men; He is looking for broken and yielded hearts that will respond rightly when corrected. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9 (KJV) No matter how badly a person has stumbled: • do not stay down • do not hide in guilt • do not surrender your destiny to condemnation Rise again. Return to God. Respond correctly. Fulfil your calling. God is not merely the God of a last chance — He is the God of another chance. #CallingDigest #ReverendAreogun #DreamCentre #43YearsOfHeedingTheCall #Repentance #Restoration #Mercy #David #ChristianGrowth #Destiny #KingdomService #Faithfulness #AnotherChance #WalkWithGod #ReverendAreogun

Day 27 — CALLING DIGEST “Lack of Personal Intimacy With God” One of the greatest dangers in ministry and destiny is to know the power of God publicly but lack fellowship with Him privately. Samson related with God mainly through his calling, but neglected personal intimacy and spiritual depth. A man can carry an anointing for assignment and still lose strength in personal character and walk with God. God is not only seeking divine intervention in your life — He desires divine involvement. There is an anointing that comes because of a calling, and there is an anointing that flows from relationship. The anointing upon relationship is sustained by fellowship, obedience, prayer, consecration, and daily communion with God. Your private walk with God is the secret of lasting strength. Do not separate: • your ministry from your devotion • your assignment from your altar • your public life from your private consecration Stay close to God. Protect your intimacy with Him. Guard your prayer life. Keep your heart tender before the Lord. “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you…” — James 4:8 (KJV) #CallingDigest #ReverendAreogun #DreamCentre #43YearsOfHeedingTheCall #PersonalIntimacyWithGod #Consecration #PrayerLife #ChristianGrowth #KingdomService #DivineInvolvement #Ministry #WalkWithGod #Revival #Faithfulness #ReverendAreogun

Sexual purity is not an outdated message — it is a kingdom requirement for anyone who desires to remain useful to God in destiny. In a generation flooded with lust, immorality, seduction, and impurity, believers must intentionally guard: • their eyes • their thoughts • their conversations • their media consumption • their relationships • their bodies Samson did not suddenly fall in one day. His downfall began when he stopped guarding his eyes, desires, and personal boundaries. Purity is not merely the absence of sexual sin — purity is honouring God with your body, mind, and affections. Your body was not created: • for lust • for addiction • for immorality • for abuse Your body is: • a temple of the Holy Spirit • a vessel for divine purpose • an instrument for God’s glory “Flee fornication… your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost…” — 1 Corinthians 6:18-19 (KJV) The believer who will remain spiritually sharp, sensitive, and useful to God must take purity seriously. Guard your eyes. Guard your heart. Guard your body. Stay pure. Stay useful to God. #CallingDigest #SexualPurity #Holiness #DreamCentre #ReverendAreogun #ChristianLiving #Purity #Destiny #GuardYourHeart #ReverendAreogun

CALLING DIGEST – DAY 25 THE DANGER OF LOOSE TALKING Not every revelation is for public consumption. Some things God tells you are for: • Prayer • Protection • Process • Preservation The young prophet in 1 Kings 13 exposed private instructions and became vulnerable to deception. Samson revealed the secret of his strength to Delilah and lost his anointing, vision, and destiny advantage. There are battles connected to careless talking. The enemy is interested in: • Gathering information • Studying weaknesses • Tracking divine movements • Corrupting sacred instructions Wisdom knows when to speak and when to stay silent. “Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise...” — Proverbs 17:28 (KJV) Guard your heart. Guard divine instructions. Guard spiritual secrets. Speak wisely. Not everybody around you is loyal to your destiny. #CallingDigest #LooseTalking #Wisdom #DivineDestiny #GuardYourHeart #RevOlusolaAreogun #DreamCentre #HeedingTheCall #SpiritualWisdom #ReverendAreogun

CALLING DIGEST – DAY 24 THE DANGER OF UNGODLY REWARDS Many destinies have been corrupted, diverted, or destroyed because people traded divine instructions for temporary rewards. The young prophet in 1 Kings 13 received clear instructions from God, yet the temptation of ungodly reward and deceptive persuasion led to destruction. Not every opportunity is from God. Not every reward should be accepted. Not every invitation should be honoured. When money, influence, recognition, or material gain begin to pull you away from obedience to God, you are entering dangerous territory. Do not become a hireling because of reward. Do not sell conviction for comfort. Do not trade destiny for temporary gain. God Himself is your rewarder in the place of destiny. “...them that honour me I will honour...” — 1 Samuel 2:30 (KJV) Stay faithful. Stay obedient. Stay consecrated. #CallingDigest #DivineDestiny #UngodlyRewards #Consecration #Faithfulness #RevOlusolaAreogun #DreamCentre #HeedingTheCall #Destiny #ReverendAreogun

CALLING DIGEST – DAY 23 EJECTED FROM THE CALL — SUPPLYING DILIGENCE God gives the calling, but it is our responsibility to pursue it with diligence, discipline, and consistency. Great destinies are not fulfilled casually. Many receive divine assignments, but only those who stay focused, disciplined, and obedient fulfil them. Paul told Archippus: “Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.” — Colossians 4:17 (KJV) Do not allow distractions, excuses, laziness, compromise, or divided interests to rob you of divine purpose. Supply diligence to your calling. Stay faithful in prayer. Stay disciplined in character. Stay consistent in your walk with God. The tragedy is not merely to start well, but to abandon, neglect, or fail to fulfil what Heaven committed into your hands. And if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, the first step into divine destiny is salvation. A man cannot fulfil God’s eternal purpose outside of Christ. Pray This Prayer: “Lord Jesus, I come to You today. I confess that You are the Son of God. Forgive me of my sins. Wash me clean with Your blood. I surrender my life to You completely. Be my Lord and Saviour. Write my name in the Book of Life and help me to fulfil Your purpose for my life. Thank You for saving me. One of the greatest hidden enemies of destiny is fatigue — especially spiritual fatigue. 🔥 A weary spirit cannot carry the weight of divine assignment for long. That is why the enemy constantly fights your prayer life, your Word life, your fellowship, and your spiritual freshness. Proverbs 18:14 (KJV) says: “The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” When the spirit becomes malnourished, a man may still appear active outwardly while gradually collapsing inwardly. The food of the spirit is the Word of God. You cannot survive spiritually while starving yourself of: • Prayer • The Word • Worship • Fellowship with God • Times of refreshing in His presence When you are physically tired, rest your body. But when you are spiritually tired, do not run away from God — run into His presence. 🙏 Many destinies have been weakened not by sin alone, but by prolonged spiritual exhaustion. Jesus often withdrew to pray. Elijah needed rest and divine refreshing. Even strong men of God must learn the wisdom of renewal. Take time to refresh your spirit regularly. Feed on the Word daily. Protect your spiritual strength. Do not allow fatigue to disconnect you from the source of your power. Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength...” Stay fed. Stay connected. Stay strong. 🔥 #CallingDigest #ReverendAreogun #TheForceOfFatigue #SpiritualStrength #PrayerLife #WordOfGod #RenewYourStrength #Destiny #DreamCentre #HeedingTheCall #ChristianGrowth #ReverendAreogun

The greatest danger to destiny is not always open sin — sometimes it is drifting away from the presence of God. Elijah said in 1 Kings 17:1 (KJV): “...before whom I stand...” His strength was not in his title, gift, or exploits. His strength was in the continual presence of God. 🔥 A man may have success, influence, opportunities, and accomplishments, but if he loses the presence of God, he has already lost the most important thing. Never allow: Success Comfort Wealth Fame Ministry activities Busyness to replace your personal walk with God. The strength to fulfil destiny comes from the secret place. The confidence to stand against battles comes from the closet. The power to endure comes from communion with God. When Elijah became fatigued and disconnected, fear gained access. Straying from God’s presence opens doors the enemy should never have access to. Your real strength is not public applause. Your real strength is your private altar. Guard your fellowship with God. Protect your prayer life. Protect your hunger for His Word. Protect His presence in your life at all costs. 🙏 James 4:8 (KJV) “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you...” Stay in His presence. The most dangerous thing a man can do is to walk away from the very thing Heaven designed him for. Your calling is not a casual idea — it is a divine investment. God placed gifts, grace, burdens, wisdom and capacity inside you because He already knew you could fulfil His purpose. Many people delay destiny because they keep too many alternatives alive. As long as comfort, pleasure, fear, status, or personal ambition compete with the will of God, destiny will always struggle for full expression. Paul said in Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV): “...this one thing I do... I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” A focused man is powerful. A divided man is unstable. Do not abandon your assignment because the journey is difficult. Do not trade eternal purpose for temporary convenience. Stay faithful to the call. Stay committed to the process. Stay available to God. The people who fulfil destiny are not necessarily the most talented — they are the ones who refuse to quit. 🔥 #CallingDigest #ReverendAreogun #AbandonedCalling #Destiny #DivinePurpose #Faithfulness #OneThingIDo #DreamCentre #HeedingTheCall #ChristianGrowth #GodsWill

Your destiny in God is too valuable to abandon because of pressure, distractions, delays or competing alternatives. Many people do not fail because they lack ability — they fail because they left what God called them to do. A man with many alternatives will eventually negotiate with destiny. But a man who settles the matter with God becomes unstoppable. 🔥 Paul said in Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV): “...this one thing I do... I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” There comes a point where your heart must say: “I have no alternative but the will of God.” Stay with your assignment. Stay with your calling. Stay with the process. God would not have called you if He had not already placed grace within you to fulfil it. Do not abandon the call halfway. Heaven is counting on your obedience. #CallingDigest #ReverendAreogun #DivineCalling #Purpose #Destiny #Faithfulness #OneFocus #DreamCentre #HeedingTheCall #ChristianGrowth #GodsWill

One of the greatest dangers in destiny is not losing the call completely — but having the call perverted. A man can begin with a genuine assignment from God and gradually drift away through self-will, ambition, greed, compromise or wrong influences. Balaam had an authentic prophetic destiny, yet personal desires pulled him away from God’s original purpose until his life became corrupted. Destiny perversion often begins subtly: 📖 Human ambition above God’s will 📖 Wrong influences and associations 📖 Societal pressure and compromise 📖 Spiritual corruption and deception That is why every believer must stay deeply rooted in Christ, filled with the Holy Ghost and grounded in the Word of God. Truth protects destiny. The Holy Spirit preserves alignment. The Word of God keeps a man from deception. Do not allow anything to corrupt God’s purpose for your life. Stay in the will of God. Walk in truth. Fulfil your divine calling. 🙏 #ReverendAreogun #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #43YearsOfHeedingTheCall #DreamCentre #CallOfGod #Destiny #Purpose #StayInTheWillOfGod #FaithForGreaterWorks #TheBeautyOfTheLord

Many people are not resisting the call of God because they are incapable — they are resisting because of fear. Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of not being enough. Moses struggled with this battle. Past experiences and self-distrust became strongholds in his mind, making him resist the very assignment God had prepared him for. There are people today carrying great potential, powerful gifts and divine assignments, yet fear keeps them silent, hidden and inactive. Do not allow fear to imprison your destiny. God never calls a man without equipping him for the assignment. You may not be able to do it in your own strength, but you can do it through Christ. “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 Step out by faith. Trust God beyond your fears. Your calling is greater than your insecurity. 🙏 #ReverendAreogun #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #43YearsOfHeedingTheCall #DreamCentre #CallOfGod #Purpose #Destiny #FaithOverFear #KingdomService #FaithForGreaterWorks #TheBeautyOfTheLord

One of the most dangerous things a believer can do is to resist the call of God upon his life. Jonah knew God had called him, yet he ran in the opposite direction because he believed the assignment would cost too much. Many people today are not ignorant of the call — they are resisting it. They know God is speaking, leading and drawing them, but fear, comfort, pride or personal plans keep them from surrendering fully. You cannot fight divine purpose and expect peace. When a man resists the call of God, he gradually loses spiritual sensitivity, the presence of God becomes distant and life begins to decline in quality. Running from God never improves destiny. It only increases the cost of life. The safest place on earth is in the will of God. Stop running. Stop resisting. Say yes to God completely. 🙏 Discover the call of God. Many people do not lose destiny suddenly — they lose it gradually by undervaluing the call of God upon their lives. Esau traded a glorious future for a temporary appetite. A birthright filled with blessings, purpose and inheritance was exchanged for one moment of satisfaction. That same danger still exists today. Many abandon divine purpose because of pressure, hardship, temporary pleasure or impatience. The call of God may demand sacrifice, discipline and endurance, but the future it carries is greater than any temporary comfort this world can offer. Maturity is the ability to delay present gratification for eternal value. Do not trade destiny for convenience. Do not exchange purpose for pleasure. Do not allow temporary hunger to destroy an eternal future. Stay faithful to the call. The reward ahead is greater than the struggle now. 🙏 #ReverendAreogun #CallingDigest #HeedingTheCall #43YearsOfHeedingTheCall #DreamCentre #CallOfGod #Destiny #Purpose #KingdomService #FaithForGreaterWorks #TheBeautyOfTheLord

One of the greatest discoveries a man can make after salvation is to find out why God created him. The cry of a sincere heart should always be: “Lord, what will You have me do?” Many people carry a genuine desire to serve God, yet without spiritual understanding, they end up in wrong paths, wrong practices and wrong pursuits because the call of God in them is seeking expression. There are people who are busy but not fulfilled. Active but empty. Surrounded by opportunities yet disconnected from purpose. True fulfilment comes when a man discovers, embraces and walks in God’s assignment for his life. When you are doing what Heaven designed you to do, grace flows, strength rises, and your best begins to emerge. Do not live disconnected from divine purpose. Go to God. Ask Him. Follow His will. Many people are fighting battles they were never designed to fight simply because they do not understand the call of God upon their lives. When purpose is not understood, energy becomes misdirected. A divine calling can be ignored, hijacked, corrupted or exchanged when there is no spiritual understanding. Paul himself said he obtained mercy because he acted ignorantly in unbelief. Before encounter came, the same passion that should build the Church was being used to fight it. The call of God will always seek expression. The question is: what vision is directing your life? That is why being born again, staying under sound teaching and yielding to the Word of God are non-negotiable for destiny fulfilment. Do not allow ignorance to bury purpose. Discover God’s call. A man may have a genuine call of God upon his life and still use his strength, passion, energy and gifts against the very purpose Heaven intended for him.
