#USWrongTrack#ContradictoryPolls#Likeability#TrumpDemonization#NarrowLead
The #CapitolGuardian tells us that for 64.3 percent of Americans the US is on the #WrongTrack. Only for 26.9 percent the US is on the right track. This is the result of the latest national polling average compiled by #RealClearPolling before the vote next Tuesday.
That is usually bad news for the #IncumbentParty. In this case the incumbent party is the #DemocraticParty and the #IncumbentCandidate is #KamalaHarris, who is #JoeBiden's VP and who is jointly responsible for his disappointing four years. Her approval rating should be around 30 percent.
But that is not the case. If we look at other pre-election polls we see Kamala Harris and #DonaldTrump neck and neck. Why?
In my opinion the explanation must be found in another factor: the #CandidateLikeability. Trump's likeability suffers from the demonization spread by the #ProDemocraticMedia. Not even the #AssassinationAttempts have brought him additional sympathy.
And so instead of being the big favorite, Trump suffers from such a bad public image. It is already almost a miracle that he has a narrow lead in the #ElectoralVotes.
