Through the Marais Method, I see our inner world as a series of connected realms, each vital to our whole being. Imagine a pyramid: at its base are my Sacral, Root, and Solar Plexus chakras, which represent my physical experiences through elements like water, earth, and fire. These are my foundations. Moving up, the Heart and Throat chakras embody my mental realm, tied to air and ether, forming the middle layer of my pyramid. At the top, my Third Eye chakra shines, capturing the essence of my soul and inner wisdom. And above all, my Crown Chakra blooms, connecting me to the universe at large.
