Dear MyIQ Team,
I have received your notification regarding the refund of 0.5 USD. This is completely unacceptable. You have only refunded the initial trial fee while keeping the unauthorized subscription fees.
I never signed up for or consented to any recurring subscription. Your system has been continuously charging my credit card around 83 JPY every single day from May 4th to June 12th without my knowledge or consent.
The total unauthorized charges billed to my Epos Card are as follows:
- June statement: 824 JPY
- July statement: 5,116 JPY
- August statement: 1,328 JPY
Total amount stolen: 7,268 JPY
I am demanding an immediate and FULL refund of the entire 7,268 JPY (and any other hidden charges accrued during this period).
As stated previously, your deceptive layout and hidden billing practices violate the consumer protection laws in Japan. Refunding a mere 0.5 USD does not resolve this issue.
If the full amount is not refunded to my card immediately, I will hand over the complete transaction history to the compliance and fraud department of my credit card company (Epos Card) to initiate a formal chargeback process for criminal fraud. I will also report this case to the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan.
Issue the remaining full refund immediately and cancel all active profiles associated with my details.
