Introducing Igor Gusarov, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hecto. He's been operating at the intersection of digital asset investing, infrastructure, and market structures since 2017. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Cindicator Capital, a digital asset hedge fund. He was also an early-stage investor in Blockscout and leading protocols including The Graph, NEAR, and Flow. Igor has operated validator infrastructure across major networks including Solana, Axelar, and Gnosis, and was an early participant in the Canton Network. As one of the first validators on Canton, he’s a core part of the community and has a deep understanding of the network’s architecture and ecosystem. At Hecto, Igor leads operations and execution.
