As of Java 11, there is basically no difference between OpenJDK and Oracle JDK. Those compatibility issue of the past have gone. And the license is GPL ClasspathException, so fully safe for companies to use. See here for actual diff between JDKs: blogs.oracle.com/java-platfo…
