using multiple softwares in your sales funnel is costing you MILLIONS
agency team just ran into a perfect example of why the zapier duct tape 15 software tools together is not a viable solution
yesterday all of a sudden we stop getting leads coming through but traffic is running HEAVY
so we start thinking wtf is going on
mind you this offer uses the old stack of clickfunnels, typeform, calendly, close crm, and all sorts of other softwares bolted on to make it work
we dig into it and start seeing all these zapier runs that are pausing, some are running, and some arent
we find the main issue, there was a small misspelling, literally one word off in one of the tracking elements and it broke the entire flow
so prospects were applying, booking calls etc, and then it was dying… very STUPID, you should not miss out on cashflow because of a misspelling
so we fixed that and figured boom its good to go
but then still nothing, so we dig deeper and one of the softwares updated their zapier connection randomly and wont fire any automation until its fully updated
now its working finally BUT… this situation cost money, time, and random headaches for absolutely NO REASON
the whole space is bloated, expensive and slow and its costing all of us money
we are building
