🚨 So let me get this straight… Nurses have to be: ✔️ fingerprinted ✔️ background checked ✔️ licensed ✔️ drug tested ✔️ credentialed ✔️ re-credentialed ✔️ tracked by the state ✔️ tracked federally ✔️ complete endless CEUs and mandatory modules …and we PAY for every single bit of it ourselves, BTW. 💸 But now we’re hearing about more and more alleged “fake nurses” working in healthcare facilities? So what exactly are they doing with all these fingerprints? Framing us for crimes later? 😒 Seriously though. If nurses are being entered into state and federal systems, then why aren’t healthcare facilities REQUIRED to match fingerprints directly to active licensure records before someone touches a patient? Otherwise what is all this bureaucracy actually accomplishing besides draining nurses financially and creating endless administrative nonsense? Because from where many of us are standing, it feels like frontline nurses are nickel-and-dimed to death in the name of “patient safety,” while massive institutional failures somehow keep slipping through the cracks. Patients deserve safe care. Legitimate nurses deserve protection. And healthcare systems need to answer some serious questions! Hospitals are NOT safe places. Protect yourself and your family.
