Priceza เปิดเผยแนวโน้มอีคอมเมิร์ซไทยปี 2026 ในงาน ECOM TALK 2026 ผ่าน Session เปิดงาน “Thailand E-Commerce Trends 2026” โดยระบุว่า แม้อีคอมเมิร์ซไทยจะยังคงเติบโตต่อเนื่อง แต่อัตราการเติบโตเริ่มชะลอลง และการแข่งขันเข้าสู่ช่วงที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น แบรนด์และค้าปลีกไม่สามารถพึ่งพาการเปิดหลายช่องทางแยกกันได้อีกต่อไป แต่ต้องปรับโครงสร้างการทำงานสู่การบริหารแบบ “ระบบปฏิบัติการเดียวกัน” หรือ Commerce OS . จากข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับ SCB EIC ระบุว่า ตลาดค้าปลีกไทยปี 2569 คาดว่าจะเติบโตในอัตราประมาณ 3.7% ชะลอลงจากปี 2568 ที่เติบโต 3.9% โดยการเติบโตมีความไม่เท่าเทียมกันอย่างชัดเจน กลุ่มสินค้าจำเป็น เช่น Grocery และ Health & Beauty ยังเติบโตได้ดี ขณะที่กลุ่ม Fashion และ Department Store เผชิญแรงกดดันจากภาวะหนี้ครัวเรือนสูงและกำลังซื้อที่เปราะบาง .
