Came across the app "Commit30" on the App Store, and it’s been a game changer for me. The idea is simple: commit to a challenge for 30 days. I’ve always struggled with staying consistent, but this app makes it easier—and actually fun.
What I love the most is how it motivates you with small rewards along the way. For example, I just hit Day 10 of my "read 20 minutes daily" challenge, and rewarding myself felt amazing. Logging my progress every day, especially with a photo or post, keeps me accountable. Plus, seeing others in the community working on their own challenges is super inspiring.
If you’re someone who struggles with sticking to habits or just needs an extra push, this app might be worth checking out. It’s not just another habit tracker—it’s like having a small, supportive team cheering you on.

2024 as a solopreneur (and lessons learned the hard way):
💼 Quit my 9-to-5
🚀 Launched 4 startups
❌ Failed 2 startups
💰 Made a profit for the first time
This year has been crazy, fun, challenging, and rewarding. Quitting my tech job to pursue startups wasn’t easy, but I have zero regrets. Every day, I woke up excited, energized, and ready to dive straight into coding and shipping.
Here are some hard lessons I learned:
•People care about what you can offer, not about you.
•Marketing is harder (and often more important) than coding.
•Startups are marathons, not sprints.
•Your network matters: peers motivate you, and supporters keep you going.
•Startups are hard, but they’re worth a shot.
•Life’s too short to do things you don’t love. Risk is part of the game.
•Time is your most valuable resource—choose wisely where to spend it.
My focus in 2025: Learn marketing and scale Commit30.
Happy New Year to whoever reads this, and good luck with your journey! Let’s connect if you’re interested in personal development, coding, startups, or reading.

So excited about this! Remember last yr I was trying to figure out how to track my writing progress? Corinne McKay (of Training for Translators) got 1 of these & gushed about it (& getting a free 2023 planner when you order a 2024)--and it's just what I need! #amwriting#commit30

(30 bubbles to fill in or check off when you make your goal each day)
My reward:
commit. plan. succeed.
Thinking about decluttering…at 53, just not wishing to hold on to more than is necessary. Have a 16 yr. old. who needs it, too. For Commit30 planner, want to work on this in the coming months.
Has anyone taken on downsizing their stuff? I don’t know if I can cull my books…lol
Just a reminder friends as we head into a new month --- Reset, readjust, restart as many times as you need to in order to reach your goals. Just don't give up. #commit30#reset#marchgoals#startagain
