#AMEE2022
Needs of #competencecommittee chairs:
-Improved uptake from stakeholders
-Development of committee and members
-Managing the CC and decisions
-Making sense of data and technology
-Getting around logistics

@jesstrier just reviewing the abstracts for the #ICRE#CBME Program Eval Summit and noted your CC process info graphic. Hope to catch your presentation but 🤷🏻♂️ which breakout room. Could you share infographic/findings via tweet?
Agree. All of #cbme worldwide is a work in progress. Our data suggests that while there are many limitations, direct observation and useful #feedback are happening on a much larger scale, with many more data points for #CompetenceCommittee progress decisions. #meded
Congratulations to @emergmedottawa resident Scott Odorizzi, who is the CAEP 2019 Resident Research Prize award winner for his #meded#CompetenceCommittee study: "Signal & Noise--Do Professionalism Concerns Impact Decision-Making of Competence Committees?" Well done! #cbme
