Many Muslims talk about giving dawah (preaching) to Hindus, but I strongly oppose it and instead advise to have more children. How many can you convert to Islam in an year, one thousand, ten thousand, fourty thousand? In truth, you can't even get five thousand converts annually, while just a slight 0.2 increase in the present-day Indian Muslim TFR would generate around 310,000 more Muslims every year than before. As for why I strongly oppose preaching Islam to Hindus, imagine the same Pundits, Thakurs, Gujjars, Yadavs, Baniyas, Jats, Dalits etc., - the ones who have historically opposed Islam, persecuted Muslims, gained wealth and power at the cost of ruining Muslims, commited a terrible persecution of Muslims - that same cream layer embracing Islam and and then setting, dominating and directing it's discourse and politics. What would change? What about justice? Nah! I wouldn't wish for those who harm us to adopt our faith and gain salvation. I am all for them accepting Islam after being reduced to nothing more than ordinary people. I am in favour of giving dawah to them, but not now, not during the time of struggle, and not at the time of our triumph for them to share in our achievements. But if that is not acceptable, then take the Umayyad pill and form a Mawali-esque bracket, with them being second-class Muslims. Those who stand with us during our time of struggle are the only ones who deserve the fruits of our labour.
