On the night of 13.06.26, a large number of students were present at Patliputra station for the Bihar Excise Constable Recruitment Exam. Most of them boarded the 12488 Seemanchal Express to travel. However, some individuals engaged in stone-pelting incidents at the station and on the train, thereby obstructing train operations. East Central Railways promptly arranged a special train from Patliputra to Katihar to transport the candidates, which departed from Patliputra at 05:47. A special train from Patna to Bhabua for students was operated on the morning of 14.06.26. Additionally, 10 special trains from Danapur Division and 6 special trains from Samastipur Division are being run today, 14.06.26, for the second shift of the exam and the return of candidates. Train operations are normal, and anti-social elements creating disturbances are being identified through CCTV and video footage.
