@MeTAKenya2018 , we implemented fiscal and policy interventions in 2025 across Kisumu, Vihiga, Kakamega, and Isiolo counties to improve access to essential health services and commodities.
Key outcomes included: securing increased RMNCAH budget allocations, integrating SRHR evidence into county legislation, formalizing partnerships with county governments, decentralizing access to critical commodities such as antivenom, and strengthening accountability and service delivery systems.
These actions were undertaken to address gaps in access to medicines, improve health system performance, and ensure equitable, rights-based healthcare particularly for women, adolescents, and underserved communities.
