अकोल्यात गॅस सिलेंडरच्या रांगेत माजी सरपंचांचा मृत्यू; सदोष मनुष्यवधाचा गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची वंचित बहुजन आघाडीची मागणी अकोला : शहरातील गॅस वितरण व्यवस्थेतील गैरव्यवस्थापन आणि प्रशासनाच्या हलगर्जीपणामुळे एका नागरिकाचा मृत्यू झाल्याची धक्कादायक घटना समोर आली आहे. याप्रकरणी संबंधित गॅस एजन्सी तसेच पुरवठा विभागातील अधिकाऱ्यांवर सदोष मनुष्यवधाचा गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली आहे. अकोला तालुक्यातील अन्वी मिर्झापूर येथील माजी सरपंच शंकरराव सिरसाठ (वय अंदाजे) हे घरगुती गॅस सिलेंडर घेण्यासाठी शनिवार, दि. २८ मार्च २०२६ रोजी दुपारी सुमारे १.३० वाजता गोरक्षण रोडवरील यदुराज गॅस एजन्सी येथे गेले होते. त्या वेळी अकोल्यातील तापमान ४० अंश सेल्सिअसच्या वर होते. तरीही एजन्सीकडून ग्राहकांसाठी पिण्याचे पाणी किंवा उन्हापासून बचावासाठी कोणतीही सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली नव्हती. तासनतास कडक उन्हात रांगेत उभे राहिल्याने सिरसाठ यांना उष्माघाताचा तीव्र झटका आला आणि त्यांचा जागीच मृत्यू झाला, अशी माहिती समोर आली आहे. या घटनेमुळे परिसरात संतापाचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले आहे. याप्रकरणी वंचित बहुजन युवा आघाडीचे अकोला तालुका अध्यक्ष मिलिंद माणिकराव दामोदर यांनी तक्रार दाखल केली आहे. त्यांनी गॅस एजन्सीच्या मालक व व्यवस्थापनावर निष्काळजीपणाचा आरोप केला असून, ग्राहकांना मूलभूत सुविधा न पुरवणे ही गंभीर बाब असल्याचे नमूद केले आहे. तसेच जिल्हा पुरवठा अधिकारी आणि अन्नधान्य वितरण विभागावरही त्यांनी आरोप करत, गॅस तुटवड्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर योग्य नियोजन न केल्यामुळे नागरिकांना त्रास सहन करावा लागत असल्याचे म्हटले आहे. प्रशासनाच्या हलगर्जीपणामुळेच हा मृत्यू झाल्याचा आरोप करण्यात आला आहे. दरम्यान, या संपूर्ण प्रकरणाची सखोल चौकशी करून संबंधित गॅस एजन्सी मालक, जिल्हा पुरवठा अधिकारी आणि इतर जबाबदार अधिकाऱ्यांविरोधात भारतीय न्याय संहिते अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करून तातडीने अटक करण्यात यावी, अशी मागणी करण्यात आली आहे. या घटनेमुळे अकोल्यातील गॅस वितरण व्यवस्थेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह निर्माण झाले आहे. #AkolaNews #GasCylinderCrisis #HeatwaveTragedy #Negligence #PublicSafety #IndiaNews #BreakingNews #VBA #CulpableHomicide #AdministrativeFailure #GasDistribution #HeatStroke #MaharashtraNews #Accountability #CivicIssues

#Hyderabad: Hit & Run Case Update: A 27-year-old youth identified as Sunil Kumar succumbed to #injuries after a #speedingcar rammed his two-wheeler from behind.
