As an apprentice, my pride and joy was a 1955 Ford. The first of the ohv Customlines. 3 on the tree, what a car! Problem, a 6 volt system. On a cold morning, one chance to start it. So I had to park it facing downhill. Most mornings it was "clutched", so yes late to work often.
