Absolutely appalled by
@myntra's customer service! Ordered EXPRESS SHIPPING but got delayed delivery (due Sept 2, received Sept 6). Then received a USED product with STAINS! Been trying to return since then but their website shows technical errors. Here's the nightmare: 1/4
📅 Sept 6: Received DELAYED DEFECTIVE product
📅 Sept 7: Started trying to return - website errors
📅 Sept 8: Complaint raised
📅 Sept 11: "Wait 48 hours"
📅 Sept 13: Messaged again → "Wait another 48 hours"
📅 Sept 14, 16, 18: My messages → NO RESPONSE for 6 days! 2/4
📅 Sept 18: Call saying "escalated, wait 2-3 business days"
📅 Sept 23: Support says "wait 48 hours" & issue "escalated" (wasn't it already??)
📅 Sept 23: Asked for error screenshot BUT my return window CLOSED on Sept 20th due to THEIR delays! 3/4
I kept warning them my return window would close but
@myntra chose to ignore. DELAYED express delivery USED product TERRIBLE service = Lost customer! Attaching all chat screenshots as proof!
