Desert Mountain Varsity defeated Pinnacle 13–3 at the Red Mountain Tournament behind a dominant outing from Lilly “Goose” Goodwin, who struck out 10 over six innings.
The Wolves broke the game open with seven runs in the third inning and added four more in the sixth, highlighted by a 3-run home run from Emmy Raines.
Avery Gehrke led the offense with four hits, while Desert Mountain finished with 13 hits total.
