Ryan Fournier Has Been Arrested Again. I Called This On A Live xSpace. I’ve been on XSpaces with a lot of people. Some sharp. Some boring. Some drunk. Ryan Fournier was drunk. This was a while back. Panel format with some friends. Fournier rolled in with that particular energy people have when they’ve confused confidence with alcohol. Loud. Loose. Ready to perform. At some point I said something to him. Roughly along the lines of: “at least you didn’t pistol whip me in the face like you did your ex gf.” It was a reference to a prior arrest. In November 2023, Fournier was arrested in North Carolina and charged with assault on a female and assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly striking his then girlfriend with a pistol. Those charges were dropped.  He lost his mind. Full detonation. Threats. CIA. Intelligence agencies. The whole apparatus apparently on standby for a guy making jokes on a late night X Space. He called it down like he had a direct line. Like he was important enough to have enemies worth dispatching. I laughed. And then, this is the part that stuck with me, he calmed down. Just like that. Pivoted. Became friendly. Acted like the previous five minutes hadn’t happened. We ended the night on decent terms. I filed it away as: this is a man who has no relationship with his own behavior. What he does and what he remembers doing are two different things. Fast forward. May 26, 2026. Fournier arrested in Washington DC on domestic violence charges. The alleged victim told police she found him passed out and intoxicated on the floor. When she tried to wake him he started swinging his fists and struck her in the face with a closed fist two or three times. He got on top of her. A witness heard him scream “Don’t touch me, woman.” Then “Do you want me to crush your head in with this lamp?” Then “Do you want to die today?” Officers noted he had a switchblade knife at his side. The victim pleaded with the witness “Don’t let him stab me.”  The day after his arrest Fournier was back on X pushing immigration enforcement. “ICE should never pull back,” he posted at 12:59am. “Arrest, and deport.”  He was also, at this point, serving as Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the US Department of Justice under President Trump.  Then June 13. Armed Secret Service agents ambushed Fournier and his roommate Jordan Daley outside their DC apartment as they were heading out for the evening. Fournier arrested for violating the no-contact orde. he had been texting the same woman he was ordered not to contact. Daley arrested for something considerably weirder. For months, the pair had been perpetuating the fiction that Daley was a Secret Service agent assigned to protect Fournier, flashing a fake badge at Uber drivers& strip club employees. All to make both men look more important than they were. When agents arrived, Daley blurted out “the badge is upstairs.” Sure enough.  Fournier has since turned on Daley, claiming he was actually working with the Secret Service to uncover the extent of Daley’s deceptions. He has also claimed to be an adviser to the Trump White House, including advising on the war in Iran.  The man who threatened CIA assets on a late night X Space for a joke about his history with women is now positioning himself as a government informant. The other co-founder of Students for Trump, John Lambert, was sentenced to 13 months in prison in 2021 for pretending to be a lawyer and bilking clients out of thousands of dollars. At the time, Lambert’s lawyer said Fournier was a co-conspirator. He cooperated to avoid prosecution.  Rinse. Repeat. I want to be clear. I’m not surprised. Not even slightly. You watch someone perform in real time, drunk, undone by a joke, calling down the machinery of the state over nothing, and you know exactly what you’re looking at. A bunch of f**Ken loser beta males who treat women as badly as they treat themselves.
