Sooo⦠3 days later and having analyzed >30 sites (you know: FIFO queue) I finally can analyze klu which of course is an honour!
Your page rank is 27, which is quite above indiehacker average - but since your competitors aren't indiehackers it's probably not enough yet (didn't check the page rank of your competitors though)
I noticed that you have 19 pages on Google, which is good - but might be improved. Writing blog articles helps π
Maybe also comparisons with competitors (I've seen this with others) might help to drive traffic.
So far you only rank on first page on Google for klu and derivatives.
"slack for gmail" is position 79 (you also rank on India for some keywords but lets leave this for later).
Now to your strength: You have good backlinks. Your multiple launches on product hunt helped of course.
You put yourself into every directory on earth (I remember your google sheet, this shows in the backlinks), you also got featured on sites like aibrews and like 4 other substacks.
You write on indiehackers - another good backlink.
Where it's lacking a bit is backlinks from niche sites - like related sites, news articles, etc. You could either reach out to other website builders or just write so awesome articles they are going to be spread organically.
BTW: Do you have a free product? Maybe you could have kindof a side punch. Like
@DmytroKrasun had with damngoodtools - it got featured basically everywhere.
Then to lighthouse: Your speed score is currently at 64%, which is on the lower side. It might be good to put some effort into improving it.
The in-page SEO looks good though (only looked at the start page)
