Good day! Today, we gather at Dam Square in Amsterdam to commemorate East Turkestan Independence Day.
My name is Xing Songlin, from Henan—the very hometown of Chen Quanguo.
I am also an alumnus of Zhengzhou University’s Department of Economics, majoring in Political Economy, a few years his junior. We sat in the same classrooms, the same library.
Today, as a Henanese and a Zhengzhou University alumnus, I stand here
to personally nail this man’s crimes to the pillar of historical shame! In five years in Tibet and five years in East Turkestan, what did Chen Quanguo do?
He first tested his most sinister surveillance tools—grid management, convenience police stations, joint household guarantees—in Lhasa,
then transplanted them wholesale to Ürümqi, Kashgar, and Hotan.
He built hundreds of concentration camps, locking up over a million Uyghurs:
forced sterilizations, forced labor, forced abandonment of faith.
Children torn away, elders tortured, women gang-raped, men beaten to death.
He personally ordered: “Shoot to kill anyone who escapes.”
These blood-soaked commands are now known worldwide—the leaked “Xinjiang Papers” bear his signature in black and white! This man from Pingyu, Henan—this student raised by Zhengzhou University—
has single-handedly thrown the face of every Henanese, the name of Zhengzhou University,
into the dirt before the entire world!
He forces every Henanese abroad to lower their head when asked about their hometown;
He makes every Zhengzhou alumnus feel shame at international gatherings!
He is not the pride of Henan—he is Henan’s disgrace!
He is Zhengzhou University’s disgrace! He is the disgrace of human conscience! I solemnly call on the international community:
Expand sanctions immediately!
Sanction not only the butcher Chen Quanguo, but the supreme decision-maker behind him—Xi Jinping!
Freeze their assets, bar their families from ever setting foot in the free world!
Make every pair of hands stained with Uyghur and Tibetan blood pay the price! Finally, with the loudest voice I can muster:
The independence of East Turkestan is justice!

【兩廣支持東突厥斯坦，毋忘巴仁起義35週年，粵桂獨立口號響徹全場】 4月5日，本黨成員劉飛龍及桂國（廣西）獨立運動人士韋志堅先生等人受東突厥斯坦朋友邀請參加了荷蘭阿姆斯特丹水壩廣場舉行的紀念抗議。1990年，東突厥斯坦巴仁鄉爆發了反抗中國殖民統治的武裝起義。反抗隨後被中共血腥鎮壓，死傷枕藉。起義的導火索之一，是中國推行的滅絕人性的“計劃生育”政策。 劉先生在荷蘭語的演講中，表達了粵人對東突厥斯坦追求自由的支持。南粵和桂國也都曾受到中共“計劃生育”政策的嚴重迫害，並產生了至今仍然存在的社會問題。而粵人和桂人都曾使用武力反抗這一暴政。2007年，桂國博白、容縣等地更是爆發了圍攻共匪基層政權的反抗。事實上，粵桂兩國對中共的地下武裝反抗，至少持續到了八十年代後期。但由於中共對社會的摧殘，我們未能像東突厥斯坦一樣整合我們的抗爭，並傳承我們反抗中共暴政的歷史記憶。東突厥斯坦民族爭取自由的事業和精神，值得兩廣追求自由的人民學習！
