Misfits: American Psycho:
It's got a great groove, and would definitely be fun to jam to on a hot summer day. It's corny, it's good. I think from this point I'll finish off Misfits then go back to Danzig now that they aren't intertwined anymore.
Finishing the album I gotta ask if this is what inspired Ghost cuz this is low key scooby doo music.
Danzig 5 - Blackacidevil:
This is definitely gonna be something you either love or you hate. Thing is, I love Danzig's vocals, but him distorting the best aspect of his songs is a really unusual take.
I think if this WASN'T Danzig, I would like it more, but because I want to hear DANZIG, I don't like it as much.
I don't hate it.
It's still got a blues-ey touch.
I really do appreciate Danzig standing on business and defending this shift and experimentation with tone.

Danzig was a ethnically German city autonomous city, but Poland implemented policies that disadvantaged the Germans in a multitude of ways under the guises of land or language reforms.
This was the reason for the war.

Misfits: Static Age
I guess Technically I should have listened to this much earlier, possibly first in the chronology, the official release was in 1996, so at least with the context of everything that has happened since I can enjoy the classic punk sound.
It's quaint. Having heard how they evolve from this, Static age is like a charming rebellious child before he becomes a chainsmoking adult. There's nothing to dislike on this album, but it is very basic.

The Danzig heavy metal song “Mother” was written in protest of Tipper Gore. I didn’t know it’s origin story at the time it came out, though. It was a big hit in the 1990’s.
